I purchased this Nibav Lifts in Melbourne Home Show a few years ago. Now, the lift is coming close to the installation and commissioning. I have been very happy in dealing with the Nibav representatives along the way. They are always very helpful and responsive, addressing to my concerns, which leave me with some peace of mind. I do think they deserve a 5 star rating.

I look forward to the actual use of this beautiful lift at my new home.

Despite an inauspicious beginning with a salesperson, our dealings with Roohi Patel and her staff have been extraordinary with prompt and reliable communication being the key. The price of our lift was significantly less than the four other manufacturers we approached for a similar or comparable system.
The technician who examined and reported on the feasibility of our situation went beyond his job description to ensure we were familiar and comfortable with all requirements for installation. He was effective in his explanation of the infrastructure to be installed by ourselves.
Roohi and senior management have been extremely patient in waiting on the outcome of Body Corporate and engineering approval processes. We look forward to when our lift is operational and making rooftop access so much easier.

Pablo was amazing, he travelled hours to view our home to evaluate even if a lift could be installed. His insight and knowledge was impeccable, he answered all our our questions and gave us ideas we had not explored. Unfortunately we were unable to install a lift due to the design of our house. (our house is split level), However, if your looking to install a lift, get Pablo on the job, you won’t regret it.

Our Nibav Lift is now in place connecting our top floor unit with our rooftop, providing us with 50% more living space.
We have liased with manager  during the process and found her to be accessible, patient, co-operative and above all; efficient.
The process was anything but straight forward due to ongoing deliberations with our body corporate.
The team who constructed the lift on-site were also very co-operative, pleasant and efficient: adhering to time constraints imposed by the body corporate.
This was also true of the commissioning process which checked the installation and gave us a thorough induction of the lift’s usage.
All in all, it was a painless process from start to finish and I would highly recommend nibav to anyone considering a similar project.

The lights were very cool as well in the lift with modern styling and no sound when coming down.
